Selecting Suppliers
Our clients’ needs are most important when it comes to sourcing materials like leather, fabrics and trims as is finding the right factory to produce their products. We work scrupulously at selecting and proposing options to our clients in order to achieve the best conditions and establish the best possible price for their finished product. It is imperative that we have the ability to work with suppliers and factories of varying levels in order to meet the needs of our clients. Butler Leather has access to suppliers and factories in Germany, Italy, China, Hong Kong, Korea and India.
Leather
Butler Leather has an experienced team performing manual inspections on leathers. We inspect each skin individually, eliminating defects where necessary. It is very important to manually check that the hand feel and color meets the approved standards. We see that the skins are selected and divided into groups before they are ready to start the cutting process and proceed into production.
Fabrics
We work with authorized facilities which carry out inspections and chemical analyses on selected fabrics before they can be cut and used for production.
Trims and Embellishments
